Affiliate program terms- Casino — client website (for ex:, www.va-bank.com) offering its customers online gambling entertainments over the Internet;
- Affiliate —physical or legal person accepting the public offer at gamingpartners.org (gamblingpartners.biz) website, and working in the sphere of promotion of the Gaming Partners affiliate program online casinos;
- Affiliate program — marketing agency specializing on attracting users to the client website at the usage of affiliate schemes;
- Players — persons, coming to the client website through the affiliate link and registering personal gaming accounts within the casino system;
- Earnings — affiliate commission percentage from the casino income from the players attracted by the given affiliate;
- Payout — Affiliate payout from the personal account within Gaming Partners affiliate program to any external payment system or payment facilitator;
- Accounting period — the time period , during which the accumulation and calculation of affiliate earnings is taken. The accounting period is based on the monthly accounting calendar;
- Promotional tools — instruments(texts, banners, links etc.), used by our affiliates in order to promote the client casino services.
Terms of work
- Proceeding to work with Gaming Рartners affiliate program every affiliate should read and accept the following terms.
- Taking part in the affiliate program the partner accepts that the following rules and conditions can be changed without prior notice to the Affiliate.
- Affiliate, accepting the Gaming Partners terms and conditions, thus confirming that he is 18 years or more.
- Affiliate takes full responsibility for the safety of personal data which permits entering the system (login and password). Gaming Partners affiliate program is not responsible for the loss of personal data.
- Gaming Partners Affiliate Program reserves the right to refuse in cooperation to this or that partner without assigning any reasons.
- Gaming Partners reserves the right to make changes in the Affiliate Program rules. Rules, published at the site of the program are considered to be operating at the moment. Chronology of changes of the affiliate program rules is not logged.
- Партнерская Программа Gaming Partners строго запрещает своим партнерам использование почтового спама в качестве инструмента продвижения услуг клиентов. В случае выявления действий Партнера, связанных с использованием спам-рассылок, Партнерская Программа оставляет за собой право на закрытие личного счета Партнера в системе Gaming Partners без последующей выплаты денежных средств.
- Gaming Partners Affiliate Program strictly prohibits its partners to use e-mail spam as a promotional instrument. In case of any spam activity from the side of the partner, Gaming Partners reserves the right to close the affiliate accounts in the Gaming Partners without any further payments.
- The accounting period set by Gaming partners affiliate program is equal to the half of the month and usually makes 15 days (1st -15th and 15th-30th days of each month).
- The money for the previous Accounting period is transferred on the first day of the following period.
- The partner has the right to request the payment from his personal account within the Gaming Partners affiliate program any time after the money has been credited to his personal affiliate account. At that Gaming Partners guarantee the payout within 72 hours since the moment of request. One can request only one untimely payout per month.
- The minimal payout sum makes $20.
- Gaming Partners Affiliate Program permits the affiliates to earn not only by attracting players to our client casinos but also by attracting new affiliates.
- Gaming Partners Gaming Partners pays the affiliate 5% from all earnings of the new partners he had attracted.
Affiliate program commission structure
Affiliates earnings are formed from the percentage of net revenue from the casino players attracted by the given partner. The percentage of the affiliate income does not depend on the on the Affiliate turnover and always makes 50% of the casino income excluding the chargeback sums.
Work order with negative account balances
Gaming Partners Affiliate Program never shifts the burden of financial risks towards its affiliates: negative balance at the webmaster account in the current accounting period will never be transferred to the next period.
If the players of the given partner have caused serious losses during the accounting period (significant winnings surpassing the money spent by the player), the affiliate income for the given accounting period will make zero. .

In case of dispute, Gaming Partners affiliate program is always ready to consider the partner's arguments and approach to solving the arising problems on the the most open-minded and honest basis regarding the interests of both sides. Decision taken by the Gaming Partners representatives is always final and cannot be the subject of reconsideration
